What you will do

• Own the end-to-end email marketing channel and develop retention strategies focused on LTV and repeat purchase rates.
• Build and optimize core automated flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback sequences.
• Plan and execute the campaign calendar, writing on-brand copy and designing high-converting email layouts.
• Develop and manage customer segments and implement personalized messaging based on behavior and purchase history.
• Track and report on key metrics such as revenue per recipient, open/click rates, and conversion rates to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the paid ads team to align messaging and support broader marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Advanced hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, analytics).
• Proven ability to grow email/SMS revenue and build end-to-end lifecycle journeys.
• Deep understanding of customer retention, LTV, and repeat purchase strategies.
• Experience with graphic design to create visually engaging emails.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Melbourne time.
