Service Engineer (Pulp & Paper)

Location: Laem Chabang, Thailand. Willingness to travel within Thailand and abroad is required.

What you will do

• Perform technical services, including maintenance and troubleshooting of existing installed equipment.
• Participate in project implementation, installation supervision, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical training for customers.
• Support service sales to help achieve annual budgetary targets.
• Manage technicians and plan small-scale projects as required.
• Ensure strict compliance with customer and company HSE and quality rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Pulp & Paper Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience (new graduates are also welcome).
• Fluent spoken and written English and Thai.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand and internationally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented mindset.
