What you will do

• Maintain accurate, reliable, and well-structured people data for the global People & Culture function.
• Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly headcount and turnover reports for business stakeholders.
• Coordinate data updates and general system upkeep for various HR tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with People Analytics, HR Operations, L&D, and C&B teams to optimize information flow.
• Support key P&C cycles, including organizational updates and training initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, HR generalist, or analyst roles.
• University degree in business, economics, analytics, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel priorities.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional partners.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Query or Power Pivot.
• Experience with HRIS, SmartRecruiters, Leapsome, or other HR platforms.
