What you will do

• Own and lead full-cycle personnel administration processes including hiring, transfers, and terminations.
• Ensure strict compliance with labor legislation and accuracy of HR documentation.
• Manage military records and coordinate reports to state authorities.
• Drive the standardization and optimization of internal HR operations.
• Lead data integrity initiatives within HRM systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and leadership teams on HR audits and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR administration or personnel records management.
• Proven expertise in Ukrainian labor law.
• Hands-on experience with military records management.
• Must be located in Kyiv.
• Experience working with HRM systems.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is mandatory.
