QA Tech Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of QA engineers through mentorship, feedback, and performance management.
• Define and drive the quality strategy across projects, teams, and release processes.
• Develop automation strategies, including framework evolution and test pyramid balance.
• Identify and reduce manual bottlenecks through better tooling and AI-assisted testing.
• Monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and release readiness indicators to ensure system reliability.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to manage quality risks and release decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing QA teams in a fast-paced product organization.
• Strong background in software testing methodologies and release processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API testing.
• Ability to define quality KPIs and reporting mechanisms that drive action.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Limassol, Cyprus.
• Strong ownership mindset and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-scale consumer products, live-streaming, or payment platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted QA workflows and modern automation tooling.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Gradle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
