What you will do

• Coordinate daily marketing operations for the Johor Factory, acting as the primary liaison between local, regional, and HQ teams.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Perform data consolidation and analysis to provide regular status updates and campaign performance reporting.
• Support on-site marketing activities, including factory tours, customer visits, and trade events.
• Maintain a centralized asset repository and coordinate with vendors for budget tracking and purchase requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations or coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environments is an advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location; sponsorship is not provided.
