What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage KOLs/influencers across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships, tracking performance and optimizing based on key metrics.
  • Stay updated on social trends and recommend new content ideas and campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign and affiliate performance, preparing monthly reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Coordinate product seeding, logistics, briefings, and ensure compliance with advertising standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Social Media, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, influencer landscape, and content trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in influencer or social analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under tight deadlines.
