What you will do

• Drive the Global Quality Digital Strategy and roadmap, including Batch Release Automation and Consumer Feedback AI.
• Manage global digital QA projects from concept to deployment, covering scoping, planning, and risk management.
• Ensure digital solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with IT architecture and data governance.
• Act as the primary digital Quality partner for factories, external manufacturers, and distribution centers.
• Build capability in local teams through training, guidance, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within FMCG, Beauty, or Pharma.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and business process digitalization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in French or Spanish is an added value.
