What you will do

• Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify risks and gaps early in the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, automated, integration, and regression testing.
• Implement scalable automated testing frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable releases.
• Define, track, and evolve quality metrics to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define meaningful quality standards and provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and approaches based on long-term maintainability and scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automated UI and API test frameworks integrated into CI/CD.
• Proficiency with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Postman.
• Working knowledge of SQL and client-side technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
