What you will do
- Handle first-level customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and web ticketing channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to determine if they are user errors or application deficiencies.
- Educate customers on product usage and available services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Provide 24x7 pager coverage for specific product lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1+ years of previous technical customer service experience.
- Understanding of PC and network operating systems.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
- Experience with ASP.NET, AJAX, JSON, Web Services, HTML/DHTML, and CSS.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with XML, MSLT, XSD, and SOAP.
