TL;DR

Focus on resolving software installation and configuration issues, performing team-based analysis, and maintaining detailed CRM records in Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month), Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

  • Handle first-level customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and web ticketing channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to determine if they are user errors or application deficiencies.
  • Educate customers on product usage and available services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
  • Provide 24x7 pager coverage for specific product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1+ years of previous technical customer service experience.
  • Understanding of PC and network operating systems.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, AJAX, JSON, Web Services, HTML/DHTML, and CSS.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with XML, MSLT, XSD, and SOAP.
