What you will do

• Conduct market, user, and industry research to identify needs and pain points for internal and external partners.
• Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRD) and functional specifications based on technical and operational insights.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across teams and partners to drive service improvements.
• Establish mid-to-long term visions and product roadmaps aligned with the overarching business strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Tokyo, Japan.
• English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
• Proven experience in product management for E-commerce or retail systems (e.g., OMS, CRM, Logistics, Payment systems).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
• Analytical aptitude for forming and testing hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Specific domain knowledge in Fashion, Commodity, or Medical retail industries.
