What you will do

• Develop mission-critical features for the hirify.global platform, specifically focusing on AI chatbot dispatching.
• Build high-performance gateways and routing components.
• Design and implement server-side infrastructure for logging and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Infra and SRE teams to ensure high availability and scalability requirements are met.
• Work closely with the AI team to build innovative features for a new AI assistant.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and propose architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with 4+ years of professional experience in Go.
• Strong understanding of large web application building blocks: databases, load balancers, message brokers, and caching.
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed, highly available systems.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and configuration.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• English proficiency sufficient to pass technical interviews and collaborate with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with Docker, Redis, or public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in DevOps, ML, or DBA.
• Experience with high-scale third-party REST APIs (throttling, batch processing).
