What you will do

• Work with testers, translators, and developers to report and fix linguistic issues.
• Ensure every word, menu, and in-game message feels natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate.
• Test games using hirify.global LQA methods.
• Use bug databases to describe linguistic issues, track progress, and verify fixes.
• Write and refine test cases, document findings, and set best practices for LQA.
• Collaborate with developers early in the process to improve game localization.

Requirements

• Notice small details and strive for perfection.
• Handle English with confidence, both written and spoken.
• Be proactive, determined, and curious about how things work.
• Be comfortable using databases, spreadsheets, and testing tools.
• Have the right to work in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
• Familiarity with translation systems.
• Previous use of test case management tools or text editing platforms.
• An understanding of gaming trends and the culture behind them.
• A degree in linguistics or a related field.
