What you will do
- Mentor and lead Feature Leads and testers through 1:1s and daily task coordination.
- Execute rigorous bug hunting and maintain high standards for technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews to identify defects and compliance risks early in the development cycle.
- Implement tool-driven solutions to modernize and accelerate QA processes.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and track progress against project milestones.
- Collaborate with development, production, and QA partners to mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Experience in video game QA or complex software environments, including team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, regression, and bug reporting.
- Hands-on experience with console DevKits/TestKits and platform debugging tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, including workflows and dashboards.
- Ability to communicate complex quality and risk metrics to diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience with TestRail and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of platform-specific performance and compliance practices.
- QA certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Software Test Manager.
