What you will do

• Design and develop comprehensive testing strategies and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Integrate automated test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Monitor test runs, application errors, and performance metrics.
• Coach the team on quality-focused mindsets and best testing practices.
• Act as a key stakeholder in release processes and defect tracking.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Swift.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Deep knowledge of UI testing, REST protocols, and microservice architectures.
• Mobile QA expertise including Espresso, XCUITest, and API testing tools.
• English proficiency required for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of modern SDLC tooling and AI-driven debugging/refactoring.
