What you will do
- Reduce manual and technical errors through proactive measures and ensure compliance.
- Perform audits to ensure continued compliance and lead calibration sessions.
- Maintain and update internal documentation to prevent manual errors.
- Track technical issues with financial impact and engage stakeholders for resolution.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimize customer service workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Availability to travel and provide on-site support to CX Partners.

- Experience with Applied AI Tools such as Gemini.
