What you will do

• Oversee a team that evaluates the creditworthiness of current or potential customers and vendors.
• Determine the organization's tolerance for credit risk and establish credit policies.
• Lead efforts to collect past due balances from delinquent customers, ensuring legal compliance.
• Participate in negotiations and authorize settlements.
• Liaise with senior management on delinquency trends to inform future credit decisions.
• Communicate with customers to ensure payment of open receivables and provide customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience required.
• Occasional business travel required.
