Lead Implementation Specialist, Travel & Spend (ERP)

Lead Implementation Specialist (ERP): Owning high-complexity onboarding projects for SMB and Enterprise customers, focusing on French-speaking regions and hirify.global’s Travel, Expense, and Invoice products. Focus on ERP integrations, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth rollouts and successful adoption.

Location: Hybrid, Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs.

What you will do

• Own and deliver high-complexity implementation projects involving ERP integrations across Travel & Spend.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder groups, including finance leaders, project managers, IT teams, and external consultants.
• Design advanced setups and complex customisations, applying creative problem-solving.
• Apply financial expertise to onboard Invoice modules, supporting customers with policies, workflows, and approval processes.
• Coordinate internal and external technical teams to ensure integrations are delivered smoothly.
• Mentor and guide junior Implementation Specialists, sharing best practices, technical knowledge, and onboarding tips.

Requirements

• French language working proficiency is a must to communicate with French-speaking customers and stakeholders.
• Solid experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 2 years in project management, ideally within implementation projects.
• Solid technical and/or Finance acumen, either through education or working experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
• A true problem-solving and team player attitude.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with self-serve or custom integrations (SSO, HRIS, SCIM, ERP, CRM).
• Experience in consulting, finance, or direct customer onboarding/technical implementation.
• Experience in Spend Management solution or ERP implementation.
