Solution Architect (Fintech): Designing and validating complex integration strategies for enterprise spend management platforms with an accent on ERP landscapes, API architecture, and financial data flows. Focus on driving technical discovery, ensuring seamless cross-system interoperability, and accelerating enterprise sales cycles through expert technical authority.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Zurich, Barcelona, Berlin, or London for an IRL-first hybrid model (3 days in-office per week).

What you will do

• Lead deep-dive ERP discovery and design robust integration approaches (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Create credible solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with deal teams to translate complex financial processes into actionable integration narratives.
• Build prototypes to confirm integration feasibility and facilitate technical validation with stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve connector capabilities and documentation based on customer feedback.
• Develop reusable integration playbooks to scale technical solutions across global markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ERP integration (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or similar).
• Strong background in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting within SaaS or SI environments.
• Fluency in both German and English (business-level spoken).
• Expertise in API concepts (REST/SOAP), middleware patterns (iPaaS platforms like Workato/Boomi), and secure data flows.
• Professional experience in expense, AP, or financial automation is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical flows to finance and IT stakeholders.
