What you will do

• Deliver advanced solutions to global clients, handling cases within predefined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to support major global brands and partner with cross-functional teams to solve analytical challenges.
• Conduct direct calls with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Manage issue resolution across platforms like Slack, Salesforce, and email.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting by pulling and analyzing data to provide tailored insights to marketers.
• Actively participate in the maintenance and updating of internal and external technical documentation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in a Technical Solutions or technical support role, preferably within the Adtech sector.
• Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and how the web works.
• Scripting proficiency (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for automation, plus familiarity with text editors (VS Code, Cursor, Vim, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SQL and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of Chrome Developer Tools for troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English with the ability to facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically within the Adtech sector.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and API exploration tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
