What you will do

• Design and deliver multimedia training content including instructional videos, presentations, and guides.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions on Salesforce, sales engagement tools, and new system features.
• Analyze enablement impact, monitor tool adoption, and identify performance gaps using data.
• Partner with Product Management to align enablement activities with company initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and GTM users to translate complex features into clear content.
• Manage multiple enablement projects using task management tools like Jira.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Technical Training.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is required.
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong and project management tools like Jira.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with the Hospitality or Retail industries.
• French language proficiency.
