What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deploy experiments and features with high impact on global revenue.
• Design, develop, test, and monitor production code autonomously.
• Work with product teams to frame projects and ensure accountability for execution.
• Provide technical solutions that balance business needs with architectural integrity.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within a diverse global team.
• Research and propose new technologies to optimize existing engineering processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering with multiple shipped projects.
• Strong programming skills with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Familiarity with high-throughput, distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
• Analytical mindset to validate ideas through experimentation before full-scale development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
• Proficiency in English is required for all communications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Scala, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of BigQuery or MySQL database optimization.
