What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 4 data engineers, overseeing ticket dispatch, 1:1s, and performance KPIs.
• Build and ship production-ready data models using DBT for governance committees and ANC teams.
• Deploy and scale AI tools like Claude Code for SQL generation and review to reduce data errors.
• Establish comprehensive audit trails for all reporting and tools to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own end-to-end delivery of risk indicators and multi-market data reporting.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience shipping DBT models to production.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical team management.
• English: Mandatory; French: strongly preferred.
• Location: Must be based in Paris for hybrid work.
• Strong rigor in data validation and excitement for AI-augmented development.
