What you will do

• Apply expert qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve threat screening processes and systems.
• Lead unit teams by organizing analytical efforts and ensuring work quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to set operational priorities and meet continuous 24/7 mission requirements.
• Conduct high-level studies using IC databases to develop actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Train, mentor, and provide quality assurance for more junior analytical staff.
• Engage with multi-agency partners to ensure effective mission coordination and adherence to administrative laws and policies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to maintain CI Polygraph is strictly required.
• Master’s degree and 12+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience using multiple information systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes mission environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-agency collaboration.
