What you will do

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects and programs from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and financial budgets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues with effective contingency planning.
• Report on project progress, performance, and financial status to senior management.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Proven expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Fluency in English is required; French proficiency is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent professional certification.
• French language proficiency.
