Platform Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role based at Southbank, VIC (Australia), primarily business hours Monday to Friday with some internal meetings across global time zones.

What you will do

• Lead and account for NEP Platform projects, coordinating overarching delivery plans with business areas.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Solution Program Manager, Senior Project Coordinator, and other teams to manage projects to standards and report progress.
• Work with VP Strategy on executive governance, KPIs, and updates.
• Monitor progress against milestones, review reporting, identify risks, and recommend plan re-alignments.
• Manage cross-project dependencies, resource allocation, and act as primary stakeholder contact.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in a program manager role managing multiple projects.
• Ability to set up tools and standards for program planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in distributed teams, working independently and leading without direct authority.
• Understanding of business strategy and ability to develop achievement plans.
• Flexible working styles and hours; comfortable in technology-driven environment.
• One of PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
