What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the regional accounts payable team to foster performance and accountability.
- Oversee multi-entity Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring timely payments and policy compliance.
- Partner with Procurement to design and optimize scalable purchase order workflows.
- Manage vendor onboarding, compliance, and accurate master data across regions.
- Drive month-end close procedures, including accruals and reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Enforce internal controls and ensure SOX compliance while mitigating financial risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years in Accounts Payable with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa and NetSuite or similar ERP/P2P systems.
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
- Knowledge of indirect tax concepts like VAT and withholding tax.

- Experience supporting regional SaaS or high-growth organizations.
- Background in treasury operations and corporate card programs.
- Demonstrated experience in AP automation, OCR, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of working capital optimization strategies and DPO improvement.
