Salary: $91,000 – $162,000

What you will do
- Partner with product managers and engineers to design and implement product enhancements and bug fixes.
- Analyze platform architecture and customer deployments to resolve functional or performance issues.
- Build and integrate robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
- Troubleshoot complex problems across clusters, applications, and services.
- Improve team engineering tools and internal development processes.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team to meet ambitious project goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS (or related) with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Go, Ruby, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing and code reviews.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI coding assistants.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
