What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to design and implement product enhancements and bug fixes.
• Analyze platform architecture and customer deployments to resolve functional or performance issues.
• Build and integrate robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.
• Troubleshoot complex problems across clusters, applications, and services.
• Improve team engineering tools and internal development processes.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team to meet ambitious project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS (or related) with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Proficiency in Go, Ruby, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing and code reviews.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding assistants.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
