Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features for providers, parents, and government users.
• Own the full development lifecycle from architecture and scoping to production support.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to solve real-world customer problems.
• Design scalable systems and data models to support complex workflows and integrations.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve engineering leverage and productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency with modern frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Experience with backend systems such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Elixir.
• Experience working with relational databases, specifically Postgres.
• Must be based in San Francisco to work primarily in-office.

Nice to have

• Experience building complex enterprise-grade systems with multiple integrations.
• Proficiency in designing REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, or serverless architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience incorporating AI into products or development workflows.
