Data Engineer (Finance): Building and scaling internal data products and infrastructure for the CFO organization with an accent on manufacturing and OTC data mart strategy. Focus on enabling end-to-end asset and inventory traceability for supply chain infrastructure and establishing best data practices in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Onsite). Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $293,000–$325,000 + Equity.

• Design and maintain business-critical ETL pipelines to scale analytics across financial functions.
• Own the manufacturing and OTC data mart strategy to ensure end-to-end inventory traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and business teams to resolve data pain points.
• Propose and implement future-proof data solutions to support Public Company Readiness.
• Cultivate a mature data culture and set best practices for a rapidly growing organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco HQ.
• 3+ years of experience as a data engineer and 8+ years of total software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Expertise with distributed processing technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Flink.
• Strong experience with ETL schedulers such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
