What you will do

• Take ownership of complex features from initial concept through to production deployment.
• Develop and refine tooling and feedback systems to maximize the effectiveness of coding agents.
• Collaborate closely with technical founders to define AI-first product development practices.
• Ship high-quality code end-to-end, maintaining high engineering standards for performance and reliability.
• Iterate on UI/UX, data models, and system capabilities for an evolving AI-driven product.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience shipping high-quality code.
• Experience in a startup environment or companies with high engineering standards.
• Proficiency in agent-first development workflows (prompting, reviewing, iterating).
• Ability to work in-person in New York from Monday to Thursday.
• Strong engineering judgment to evaluate and refine AI-generated code.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the tech stack: TypeScript, React/Remix, PrismaORM, NestJS, and Python.
