What you will do

  • Lead AI adoption and governance frameworks across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to optimize workflows.
  • Design and evolve pricing models and commercial frameworks to optimize ARR and gross margins.
  • Manage organizational design, including job architecture and leveling frameworks for technical functions.
  • Oversee the operational budget for the CPTO's remit and build financial ROI models.
  • Prepare board materials, investor decks, and high-quality executive briefings.
  • Evaluate acquisition targets and manage relations with industry analysts like Gartner and Forrester.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, product management, or engineering leadership.
  • Proven track record as a direct partner to C-level executives driving complex initiatives.
  • Strong technical foundation to engage in product strategy and technical trade-offs.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for board-quality documentation.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with API management, developer tooling, or integration technology landscapes.
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source.
