What you will do
- Lead AI adoption and governance frameworks across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to optimize workflows.
- Design and evolve pricing models and commercial frameworks to optimize ARR and gross margins.
- Manage organizational design, including job architecture and leveling frameworks for technical functions.
- Oversee the operational budget for the CPTO's remit and build financial ROI models.
- Prepare board materials, investor decks, and high-quality executive briefings.
- Evaluate acquisition targets and manage relations with industry analysts like Gartner and Forrester.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record as a direct partner to C-level executives driving complex initiatives.
- Strong technical foundation to engage in product strategy and technical trade-offs.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Exceptional written communication skills for board-quality documentation.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK
Nice to have
- Familiarity with API management, developer tooling, or integration technology landscapes.
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source.
