What you will do

• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess and enhance federal screening operations and program performance.
• Evaluate and interpret intelligence data to develop actionable reports and briefings for partner agencies.
• Conduct in-depth studies to refine organizational structures, work methods, and administrative processes.
• Mentor, train, and support quality assurance for junior personnel.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to executive leadership through written reports and oral briefings.
• Coordinate mission activities across various government partners to ensure data integrity and timely analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience (or 12 years of experience without a degree).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with intelligence processes, analytical methodologies, and operational databases.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-agency mission environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or national security missions.
• Familiarity with operational or shift-based mission environments.
• Experience using advanced intelligence research tools.
