What you will do

• Build and scale real-time invariant enforcement across the company's fund flows.
• Develop core platform components, including the detection engine, invariant framework, and partner onboarding tools.
• Own end-to-end workstreams from correctness model design to production operations.
• Implement AI guardrails and predictive consistency models to identify deviations at initiation.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical execution for high-impact projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record of building platform-level infrastructure used by multiple internal teams.
• Strong commitment to system correctness and end-to-end ownership of problems.
• Ability to responsibly utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Glean) to improve efficiency and quality.
• Must be eligible for US-based employment (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with financial, payments, or reconciliation systems.
• Knowledge of streaming data infrastructure like Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
• Proficiency with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with Ethereum, ENS, and dApps.
• Experience working in a company that transitioned rapidly from startup to mid-size.
