What you will do

• Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and execute compliance activities.
• Perform document control and maintain the company intranet.
• Support and execute both internal and external audits.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Execute risk management activities and support quality improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, quality, or computer science (or a combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and maintenance.
• Proven experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with quality standards and directives.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Training or experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• ASQ CQE Certification or Quality Auditor Certification (CQA/Internal audit).
• Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, Juhin Process, Kaizen, 5S, or GEMBA.
• Advanced engineering degree.
