What you will do

• Lead the technology vision and core development of the Pavillio home care agency management and caregiver platform.
• Drive the design and development of new features across the Angular frontend and Go backend.
• Optimize system performance by identifying and remediating architectural bottlenecks.
• Mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define software requirements and goals.
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds and streamline deployments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with modern architectures and frameworks.
• Deep expertise in backend development using Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, and SQS.
• Significant experience building complex SaaS solutions in cloud environments (AWS) using microservices and serverless architectures.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
