What you will do

  • Resolve technical issues and provide advanced support for APIs and UI via email, chat, and Slack.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues involving authentication (OAuth, API keys), HTTP errors, and rate limits.
  • Analyze API logs and request/response payloads to identify root causes of errors.
  • Collaborate with engineering to reproduce bugs, document edge cases, and provide feedback on platform reliability.
  • Create and maintain technical content, including guides, FAQs, and developer documentation to enable self-service.
  • Assist with testing and validation of new features and infrastructure changes before deployment.

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, backend services, and authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and observability tools for production systems.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, machine learning systems, or data-intensive applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong technical writing ability for creating user guides and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize critical issues under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Linear, Notion, and GitHub.
