What you will do

• Operate x-ray, holography, and camera equipment to inspect tire quality
• Utilize shearography technology to assess structural integrity
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to Production and Quality (Q-Tech) teams
• Identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform physical handling and lifting of tires as required during the shift

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (2-year technical degree) or equivalent experience (6+ years in relevant roles)
• 1+ years of experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Ability to learn and apply quality assurance standards and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Nice to have

• Experience with x-ray, laser, or inspection equipment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tire specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proven safety mindset and adherence to safety protocols
• Basic computer skills
