TL;DR

Data Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing large volumes of user interaction data for Open Banking solutions with an accent on A/B testing, BI reporting, and data-driven insights. Focus on formulating hypotheses, optimizing product processes, and translating complex analytical data into actionable business recommendations.

Location: Fully Remote (Remote-first setup with full flexibility)

What you will do

  • Analyze large volumes of user interaction data across banking products to uncover actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain regular analytical and management reporting for stakeholders.
  • Formulate and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and experimental analysis.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and account managers to solve product challenges.
  • Contribute to the strategic launch of new, high-potential business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills for working with large datasets and writing optimized queries.
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks.
  • Experience building reports in BI tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Russian: native or fluent.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Git.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning.
  • Work experience in Fintech or Payments.
