What you will do

• Develop and qualify new wafer fab process modules on silicon epitaxy equipment (e.g., Centura, ASM) for mass production.
• Lead and execute major process development and integration activities to build deep product and process expertise.
• Act as a key interface between Business Groups and production in a cross-functional environment.
• Ensure alignment of module development topics between specific projects and the fab.
• Manage potential conflicts through objective, solution‑oriented communication between development and manufacturing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or PhD in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
• Profound knowledge of industrial semiconductor technology and hands-on experience in wafer fab process module developments.
• Fluency in German and a good level of English.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
