• Conduct internal audits of quality, customer service, productivity, and timeliness.
• Analyze data from performance studies to ensure compliance with internal procedures.

• Facilitate monthly calibration sessions and refine quality assurance processes.
• Provide training on approved processes, call standards, and etiquette.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in auditing or a relevant department.
• 2 years of experience specifically in Quality Assurance (preferred).
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
