What you will do

• Lead and monitor the team on the supplier onboarding framework, continuously improving feedback materials and processes.
• Establish a structured approach to supplier referrals and support team members in unlocking opportunities based on supplier tiering.
• Develop and guide audit scope strategies to optimize dimensions, cycles, and renewal processes.
• Manage existing report authorizations and implement improvements to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address CAPA unresponsiveness and drive accountability.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance tracking to team members to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements
