Location: Hybrid (typically 2 days per week in the office) in London, Milton Keynes, or Manchester, UK

Salary: £58,200 - £80,000 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Own and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects across vocational subsidiaries using a hands-on management approach.
• Lead departmental planning and governance, including Annual Business Plans, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Risk Logs.
• Identify and leverage commercial opportunities across subsidiaries to grow market share and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and the Board to unblock delivery issues and ensure alignment with Group objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational initiatives, coordinating support from IT, Finance, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and delivery using Prince2, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing business planning processes, risks, and BCP.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proven capacity to work autonomously and drive complex projects to conclusion in an ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London, Milton Keynes, or Manchester.
