What you will do

• Frame complex infrastructure problems and drive end-to-end solutions independently.
• Collaborate with backend, data, and security teams to design and maintain scalable infrastructure.
• Develop Go services, tools, and APIs, allocating 20-40% of time to active coding.
• Automate repetitive tasks to minimize operational toil.
• Manage platform observability using logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead post-incident reviews to implement permanent fixes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native production infrastructure and Kubernetes at scale.
• Solid proficiency in Go (or equivalent) for building automation and internal tools.
• Active use of AI tools to improve engineering efficiency and code quality.
• Deep understanding of system dependencies, trade-offs, and long-term architectural impact.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
