DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate operational and deployment tasks to improve team efficiency.
• Integrate automated quality and performance gates into the delivery flow.
• Support and manage container-based and serverless environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to observability and monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve friction in the delivery process.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Working knowledge of containers and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in Git and ability to read/write code beyond YAML.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with security or observability tooling within pipelines.
• Knowledge of GitOps and Internal Developer Platforms.
• Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
