What you will do

• Manage the AP inbox and resolve vendor queries efficiently.
• Maintain and update vendor records within the ERP system.
• Review, approve, and upload invoices to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain data accuracy and up-to-date payments.
• Coordinate and meet all deadlines for the monthly accounting closing.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
