What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives with significant company-wide impact.

• Partner with Infra and Platform teams to evolve the core ML infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience building systems for relevance-driven products.
• Subject matter expertise in recommendation and ML systems.
• Proven ability to build sustainable, large-scale software systems.
• Experience influencing organizational technical direction and best practices.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product, and data teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
