What you will do

• Own the monthly financial reporting cycle for Cyprus entities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Record and review accounting entries (revenue, expenses, provisions) in full compliance with IFRS.
• Review and approve payment requests, contracts, and financial agreements.
• Handle intercompany reconciliations to ensure group balances and movements are aligned.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, VIES declarations, and statistical reporting to the Central Bank of Cyprus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification (completed or in progress).
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cyprus tax regulations (VAT, VIES).
