What you will do
- Own the monthly financial reporting cycle for Cyprus entities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Record and review accounting entries (revenue, expenses, provisions) in full compliance with IFRS.
- Review and approve payment requests, contracts, and financial agreements.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations to ensure group balances and movements are aligned.
- Support external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, VIES declarations, and statistical reporting to the Central Bank of Cyprus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification (completed or in progress).
- 2+ years of accounting or finance experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cyprus tax regulations (VAT, VIES).
