Salary: €40,000 per year.

What you will do

• Register and maintain financial data within accounting systems.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Perform financial reconciliations and ensure the integrity of accounting records.
• Generate financial reports and assist with data analysis.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to improve operational efficiency.
• Support ad hoc controlling activities as required.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with transaction reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Must be based in the Imola, Italy region for hybrid office access.
