What you will do

• Conduct final inspections on components and assemblies to ensure conformity with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Verify that all production, repair, and test activities have been completed and documented correctly.
• Ensure products comply with EASA Part 145, Part 21G, AS9100, and internal quality procedures.
• Authorize and sign airworthiness documents such as EASA Form 1 and FAA 8130-3.
• Identify and report non-conformities and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical or compliance issues.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law.
• Must be prepared to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
• Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in quality inspection within an aerospace manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: EASA Part 145 / Part 21 / FAA Regulations.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety.

Nice to have

• Previous authorization for product release.
